None that I know of.
You can get the Porsche 996 conversion to work with the 4 stud Focus Rs discs as mentioned above.
The Focus discs are too big for the TT calipers.
The problem is the limited 4 stud discs options. If you could find a 4x108 ~312mm disc with the correct hat height the TT calipers would work as the mounts are the same.
Do you have anything over there that is 4x108 that we don't know about?

hmmmm i dont know of any other 4x108, but i will look into the focus rs discs with porsche calipers.
