Golf gti turbo best engine swap

if its a mk4 the first 1.8t were agu 150bhp with large inlet ports the later 1s were smaller ports. pretty sure the valves are all the same.. remapped to 200bhp there how it should have left the factory but still not fast. k04 turbo and its much better. if its a mk3 golf then same as the mk2 golf advice giving above
