easy,a pillar is the same as 2 door,b pillar is more straight so you can use the coupe one,just cut it off and straighten it to the door frame ....you can modify the 4 door frames or get some 2 door doors......
to be correct all the pillars on a GENUINE swb are all different,A,B and C but as long as the rake is the same its hardly noticable

what are the ker innovatec bits like??/i heard they were poor???

Thanks for the info, innovatec I do not think to much of the kit low tech lamination technics it will need a fair bit of modding to fit right, but will work

indeed it is,

on your roofs brian,do you have to alter the c pillar?or does the skin accomadate this?

You can trim the roof back to inside the gutter so it does not matter which b pillar you use, but you will have to alter the internal steelwork of the c pillar to marry up the sport roof

Progress

I managed to get a couple of days in on the car this week. The steel arrived for the shortening jig so I got cracking.
The idea was to mount the car on it's subframe mounts but the rear mounts fasten on to a unit that will slide. This allows the rear end to be pulled out of the way to enable me to get in and trim amd clean up around the sill areas (I'm taking the new roof right down to the sills rather than welding it on half way up the 'B' post)
It also allows me to check fitment of the rear end to the front end easily.
Tomorrow night is the night. Beers, pizza and a quite a few grinding discs. More pics to follow.

The cut!

Well, the cut has been done. The jig worked really well. There was very no movement from either end when the disc went through. The carriage part of the jig also worked without issue. I have a video of it but not sure of how to get it on here.
