Great thread
I guess you'll be going through the same questions I have and you'll be in a quandary as to how faithful you think the RS2 coupe would have looked if Audi had built one. Things like: -
- No front repeater indicators - I see you have filled the wing holes in
- Rear bumper - I see you have modified one to put the number plate below - presume you will have reflector where the number plate normally resides. What will you do where the RS2 handle is?
- Side skirts - Are these going to be be body colour?
- Wheels - see yo have not gone for RS2 wheels but instead a set of Eta Beta Turbos but you have retained the 993 brakes rather than 996
- Colour - well the votes out on that one - Nogaro Blue would be interesting - I guess for authenticity you should stick to an RS2 colour
We await your updates with great interest2001 996 C4 - Being renovated

hi,
firstly - the front indicator holes are still there as the car is in primer you cant see them.
rear bumper is genuine RS2 modified to fit - reflector is mocked to fit and the handle is in hand
side skirts - yes
Genuine Porsche ETA BETA wheels are superior to stock RS2 wheels in my opinion.
Colour - no the car is going the same colour as the wheels which is a genuine Porsche colour
I am building the car Audi should have built haha - more pics to come soon : )'83 URQ - Full 20V Conversion - Pearl White

if you look at the car in red, you will see the indicators are clearly there, and still are there.'83 URQ - Full 20V Conversion - Pearl White

And the colour the wheels are was avalable (or at least a very similar colour) on the RS2,s Sorry for rubbish photo quality, but here is a mate of mines old one http://www.garaget.org/?car=65037&image=613218
Car will look awsome when ready, if anyone can pull it off right it is you guys! I really really hope you wont be putting black/blu alcantara seats in it though... Not the standard RS2 blu anyway as it looks vile in anything but a noggy blue RS2 IMO.
