Do you need to drill the holes in the head larger to fit the 12mm head studs?

Yeah, those are the ones I ment to post. I mixed up the links. So does the head need to be drilled to clear the larger head studs?

For this purpose I’ve used M12 x1.75 studs of the A2 1.4 TDi (AMF) engine, cut back 20mm.

Hi, did someone knows if pisobiker used the Diesel or the RS2 Crankshaft bearings? I have heard that the Diesel ones are not the same as the RS2 ones and the first are not so good at higher revs! What do you think?

you may use different oilpans( i will use the org vw quatum one of steel ) the oil return in block, you mau use it( std releaf in all block) diesel use thoose for oilsticks: rebuild those... the air con; compr are on the block under the servopump i think.

In the Rs2 the Air-Con compressor is on the side of the turbocharger. The question is can i Use the oil return on the Block and let the Air - Con in place?
