Your going charge cooler route then. The Davies Craig pumps are great for flow but I think the flow drops a lot with pressure.

Yes you have recognised right this is Davies Craig pump 80 l/min. Obviously for engine cooling. Not decided till end about intake air cooling. Ice to air. There are pluses and minuses. Liquid to air. Again pluses and minuses. NO2 or CO2 to air? Any thoughts, sugestions, expierince?

We were using this in not very ordinary way and reached 4 degrees Celsius intake temperature

Do you know the temperature of the cooling water? Maybe it was to high?

We had the dry ice version, tried it with water, ice water and dry ice. All just as bad.

If You run on high boost and proper power (say four digits on I5) You need massive coolant volume, and need to cool it with dry ice. And still will have temp issues.
