    80 Coupe Quattro stroker

    Hey,

So a year ago I bought a 80 Coupe Quattro with a 2.5l stroker and gt3076 which ran quiet crap due to previous abuse I assume so I started to disassemble it and each time I removed something the more things needed to be fixed so I decided to do it properly and completely disassembled everything and upgrade stuff in the meantime.

    - new ported 7A head with water manifold ports machined as well
    - new polished STD crank (previous was .25)
    - 2.5 diesel block with fire ring head gasket
    - 83mm JE pistons
    - 034 valve spring set
    - GTX3582R
    - custom fabricated exhaust manifold (going with the Audi wastegate for now)
    - new custom machined LWFW
    - 3 disc quarter master clutch
    - CRB transmission with 1-4 gears being straight-cut (diffs are locked)
    - individual throttle bodies (still need to make a plenum for it, if it sucks I will probably go with the wagner intake manifold)
    - dual 044 pumps
    - ID2000 injectors (probably overkill for even E85 but better plan ahead)
    - custom fabricated oil sump to avoid starvation issues
    - RS2 oil pump
    - waiter-to-air intercooler
    - front radiator, no aux rad
    - VEMS v3.6 with a 60-2 trigger wheel from an Opel and a brand new wiring harness because the old one is a disaster
    - TFSI coils

I've uploaded some pics but I will do way more than this when I receive the main bearings and can start putting the engine back together and back into the car. I will probably need to buy more new parts as things go, but I hope I can get her up and running within two months. I am also open for ideas and suggestions I am sure you guys have way more experience with this platform than I do!

I am not replacing the diesel block, pistons and rods which I bought the car with. I don't even know what brand the rods are so I will just put blind faith in them, don't have the extra money to buy new ones.

Nice project! Great looking IM parts. Propably any china H-beam rods would take 800hp.

As far as I remember it's ~40mm ID. Can't measure it now because it's getting a ceramic coating so it's not here. The file is from a 2.5 engine.
