An update on this, i could just start to feel the bar on the seat frame when exiting the car so I ordered a new drivers seat cushion from tps, it took 6 days to arrive and I fitted it today. It took about two hours and I'm impressed with the result. I've also only let the wife drive it once

Took the sheet of it today, oil service done and went for a little drive, great feeling because I haven't driven it since Audi driver in October.

Cannot believe I've left it parked for so long... the time has just flown.
Took the covers off and went for a small drive after deflating the tyre pressures back to normal pressures
Found 2 faults which have developed
Power steering rack small leak
