We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
Also we have been seeing the fuel pressure a bit high and the duty cycle of the injectors having to stay around 90% which it shouldnt need too as the 1600cc bosch injectors are more than enough for my power level to maintain a duty no greater than 75-80%
I have put it down to the restrictive flow of the stock fuel system so uprated fuel rail, 10micron stainless steel fuel filter, regulator, braided lines and -an fittings is being ordered also.
I have settled on Nuke Performance products which come out of sweden. Tested to take over 1000hp setups and not to mention they look real nice too [emoji41]

I have a tial 0.82 housing on my gt35 with 84mm billet compressor. Car not mapped yet but I have wastgate boost pressure of 1 bar at about 3500 rpm on a stroker with 7a cams and fully ported head on larger valves. Just for comparison.

I wonder if you're not taking advantage of the knock resistance of e85 vs. petrol... it would seem you should be making more power in the 3000 rpm range and up.

you could be 100% right...
i know my tuner said it wasnt making good power until he started adding more timing.
However on the night he was doing it, he didnt keep trying to add more and more timing cause he was running out of time (lol no pun intended there).. and also the fact that the injectors were at a duty cycle of 90%, he didnt want to keep going until we get that sorted also
so he tuned it as is, and said to drive it around for a while, test it out and come back for a test and tune another day to iron out any bugs..
Also he wanted to play around with the adjustable cam timing a little also, so there is still more to try out

Sounds reasonable. Also you where on a cast manifold at the time but now have a tube manifold. That should make a difference too.
