O so sorry to hear that, so much work done ...

i dont know what happend... i just mapped it and every thing was mapped safe..
i mapped it with 1 bar of boost first then i increased it and maped it again every time it was safe with lamda and ignition was also safe. after runing in 4th gear and reving up to 7600rmp i puted the 5:th gear in and let go of the accelrator it i saw a smock cloud in the mirror. I think it's the aftermarket ecu where the problem is. how ever i got no comp in the 5:th cyl. we wil se tomorow when i tear things apart to se more what have happend. i wil send in my ecu for a checkup, and then we will se what next step will be...

Started to build a new engine now. the car is in molecules.
My goal is 580-550hp

Je pistons.
new block (if i can't save the other one).
biger injectors.
Fuel rail and fuel regulator.
10mm and 8mm fuel lines.
cach tank.
3 fuel pumps 1x040 2x044
advance porting on the top.
same verdi rods.
same gtbb turbo.
same camshafts. ??
same ic.
same dump.
same fuel mangment system.

What ECU were you using? Was it the AEM? What turbo are you going to use? And why are you using 3 fuelpumps? Are you making a surge tank? If so do you have more info on it Always usefull.

I am using nira i3 Ecu. and i am going to use the same turbo (a Garret GTBB30R) i am going to send it away on checkup to se if it's ok..

I am going to use 3 pump one in the big tank that is going to fill the extrnal cach tank and the 2 other one from cach tank.. My new engine will run E85 thats way. i am going to post more about this soon..

Recived my pistons today.. to tomorow i am going to take the block and pistons and bore the block.

lots of stuff happend since last,,, my block was badly damaged. so i had to by a new one.. the new one as alredy bored 0,5mm so i bougth a engine from the junk jard they told me it have only gone 160.000km. but when i teard it apart the fifth cyl was a litle damaged,

here is some updates, bougth a new block a while ago and just got it bac from the bore, and here it is, mandaged to paint it and clean it and put the crank in.
so now i am waiting for some more parts, the spiro locks for my pistons and and a new oil pump.

some updates: puted the pistons in and tigthten the main bolts, if i got the time i am going to fix the rest and lift in the engine. Then i am going to build my new im.

Your dunlop direzza's what code are they I can't find the tread pattern.
