What will be better:
1 turbo,
bi turbo,
or no turbo but, ported/polished throttle body and MAF, polished cold-air intake with heat shield, Supersprint 2.5" RS cat-back exhaust with deleted resonator....??? New ECU....

Or swap 4cc 20vT (i have one 8l2 a3-BR- 2005 auq tiptronic, 180cv all oem).

The b4 Runs now with 122kkms all oem.

Stick a v8 in it

Go for the 1.8T 4 cylinder 20V turbo swap. Ruffiano here has done that with a 1995 B4 Audi 90 sport sedan (V6 originally) in the US. Looks good.

The 1.8T would be a good choice as parts are plentiful and a wide range of tuning options available. Depending on where you are based a v8 could be a good option also
