Hi guys))) project is still alive, my daughter was born 2 month ago, so project need to wait little bit
But still something is already done... engine mounts and some parts was cleaned and painted, they are like new now.

engine block was cnc machined, some parts of rear subframe and gearbox mechanizms was repainted, also my crankshaft, flywheel and other stuf was balanced!!
Engine block will be near painted and after we can alredy put parts together

So the project is alive, in one moment i realize that i do not like the new forum skin, and just stop posting and reading it, oh that psychology
Updates are - 4 Passat cc bolts for brembo 18z calipers, driveshaft was repainted and support bearing was replaced.
Got Abit Ecu from russia, just because i have here people that knew how to install them and help to resolve questions in process .

So the rear axles was cleaned, sandblasted, painted with acidic primer, then they were wrapped in a braid for high-voltage power cables, this will help when getting small stones and sand from under the car. Very durable and look like from a factory.

The gearbox was finished, the clutch cylinder was changed also.

Purchased racing pins stood up, but the nuts did not fit into the hole on the disk, it was decided to make a cutter with a center finger and drill holes for the nuts.

It was also the beginning of the installation of the fuel tank (20L) in the trunk, the main fuelline was run to the fuel rail, the return line was made and the pump was installed, still need to change something there.
