Well this weather in the southwest has messed up my plans for the weekend!!
i managed to get to the powder coaters and collected all my parts. Subframes, wishbones, wheel bearing housings, hubs, roll bars etc.
My coilovers were due for delivery yesterday but that’s not happened.
Will get a few pics up tomorrow when I unwrap it all and start assemblingsigpic

So - I got the front subframe bolted in and one coilover sorted, both wishbones and hubs all fitted with new bearings etc, front brakes on.
Manged to brake my strut mount tool so need to wait for a replacement to arrive before fitting anymoresigpic

Small amount of progress tonight. Wife’s been on night shifts, so had to leave with work at a sensible time to look after the children. Got the old alloy subframe bushes cleaned up, new AK motorsport diff mounts installed, rear driveshafts cleaned and painted, rear diff cleaned and painted. Just need a couple of hours tomorrow when the paint has gone up off to assemble the rear end and get the subframe back in. I need to clear out the boot and get the rear coilovers fitted in and then the rear end will be sort of done.
Front steering arms next and replace the steering rack gaiter whilst the engine is out. Then I can get the 6 speed gear linkage in and the gearbox painted up.
I removed all the hydro brake servo parts ready to fit th vacuum servo, but that’s as far as I got.sigpic
