In Watford, N plate S2, have seen it several times lately, actually thought it was his until i got closer to it and realised it wasnt.

I dnt live in Watford so im crap with road names, my mate lives there and was cutting around....

Last time i saw it parked near the stadium it was on a road by a cross road with traffic lights... ermm trying to think how to describe it,

You know the loop road thats by the stadium and you can go away from that and you come to a cross road with traffic lights before getting to the main road that goes under the underpass or towards ricky.

Saw it there by the lights.... does that make any sense?? LOL
