    exhaust manifold

    I found that i have the exhaust manifold Cracked...


    So i need urgently a new/good condition... for S4, could be a RS2 one if it fits on K24, or a manifold with a rs2 in good condition if price is good, etc

        MartynF has already quoted for five of these, we could have five people by the end of tonight. Maybe
        I live in hope.
        I have posted a wanted request for an RS2 ex manifold before and I am still waiting!

            Does the RS2 manifold bolt straight on to the K24 or are modifications required?
            Ex S2 owner, now running around in an A4 Avant quattro...

              bolts straight on, just make sure you use the rs2 manifold studs
              S2 Cabriolet.........

                        Yesterday, i went to workshop for see my car...

                        They said that the EM will crack more soon, and the turbo isn't good too... if the car stays idle for 10 minutes, when i rev a little, SMOKKKEEEE...

                        So, i will need to see whats bad on the car, and try to resolve that problems...

                        A EM and a turbo i saw that i need...

                        Cant Afford spend money on a RS2 EM and after have more things cracked... Sorry, i hope you can find the 5th person...

                            There is loads of places here in Adelaide which will custom make headers and as i have my old S2 manifold in the container i will be looking to have a custom header made which will fit in the same area and have the same mounting points as the Standard S2/RS2 manifold. Will keep you posted.

                              Is there anyway we could rework this and reuse on our cars.
                              Surely we could get a welder to chop and reweld it again...
