Wanted S2 or RS2 MAF,

Hello.
I believe my MAF is Fooked so driving is really not to fun as i have hardly any power and there is always a delay when accelerating.
I have tried cleaning my one and its all shiny now but its still not working properly. also my Oil pressure is down to about 2Bar when idling .

The garage said the error codes meant that the MAF need replacing but i am definitely not up for the Audi prices so was hoping some one may be able to sell me a second hand "fully working" one.

Let me know if you have one or know were a cheap one can be sourced.

Could you please post BOSCH and VAG numbers ? They should be the same, it's interesting why yours are different. Replacement parts ?

Welcome to the club ... . BTW if you remember - when in started ? I have suspicion, that sometimes MAF's are overheated due to thermo compound not dissipating heat and then controller chip goes to the silicon heaven....

S2 Maf

Hi!

I have a brand NEW s2 maf that i dont need, since the one i have does work.
You can get it for a nice price if u wanna.
Got also told that it's the same maf in 3b, aby & AAN. (?!)

But looks like BRY has a second opinion on that.

They are the same part numbers but the 3b has a blue blanking plug to the left of the socket. I haven't swapped them around to see if makes any difference yet.

The number on my MAF is:

0 280 213 007

Witch is the same as the second number on the MAF in that picture.
It must be a rebuild but still compatible as the number do match.
