OK guys, lets make things clear:

3b, RR, AAN, ABY mafs ARE 100% interchangeable. BTDT. Even family album says the same!

It DOESN'T matter has your MAF factory adjustment potentiometer (blue/white/gray) plug or not.

    Part numbers:

    VAG:
    034 133 471 K (3B/ABY/RR/AAN)
    Bosch:
    0 280 213 007 for new one
    0 986 280 137 for recon one

This I know for sure .

I don't know for sure if RS2 item is 100% compatible replacement. It's written here, that it is, but I haven't tried it myself.

Note, don't throw your old MAF to the recycle bin - because to buy new with core return is usually cheaper.

Disclaimer - Text below is solution developed by kwlw which is stupid by definition:

    Just FYI:
There have been rumours about saab 2.2T(?) MAF which can fit our cars, however I suspect that it fits S2 the same bad way, like mine is now running on BMW 850 MAF - only driving to a service on bad mixture, because MAF curve steep is not the same even if you recalibrate it. Motronic adaptation is not sufficient to compensate it. I even need adjust "calibration" due to air temeprature, like some carbureator car . When such temporary solution is driven on boost it can cause serious damage to your engine. Running too rich will also damage your engine by washing oil from cylinder walls.
So it is possible to fit same series MAF (Opel, SAAB turbo), however note, before doing something that stupid - remember, that sometimes even MAF casing looks the same, and the plug fits - signal and power terminals are mixed. So in the best case your "new" peugeot MAF will burn with smoke, in worst - your ECU.
