Rs2 / sport quattro exhaust manifold

Looking for an rs2/SQ exhaust manifold to complement my new Hybrid turbo as it wont fit existing manifold, can any one help.

(Coldside of turbo hits existing stock manifold) Plus found some cracks

    Hi!

Thats quite common. Depends what turbo you have. I have seen KKK27 comp housing touch on RS2 manifolds too. Seems to depend on the "clocking" of the housing. Might have to rotate it to get best fit.

I've had it at all angles, (K26/T04E) thought about stacking a couple gaskets together which would get me clearance.

        Yep!
        T04E plenty big!!
Just trying to say that an RS2 manifold won't necessarily give you more clearance.

I had a look on 034 motorsport featured users and theres a chap running a k26/TO4E on his RS2 and it looks like it clears with it clocked wierdly, plus i want the better flow on the rs2 manifold.

          Here are some pics
