  • M10x1 Die needed!

Anyone any idea where to find one, ive been hunting around and cant find one anywhere.

The thread on my new tie rod end is damaged, god knows how as it was a new tie rod and new genuine nut as well but has damaged the thread when it was removed doing the suspension.

I wanna see if i can save it before taking it off again and sending my tracking up the swaney again!

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Ant

Ive got another coming, its just the hassle of taking it off and then getting it back on again and hoping the tracking is right, or getting it re-tracked.

Was only gonna see if i can find one easily, otherwise i'll be fitting yet another new one and then see if i can send the other back on a warrenty claim

Oh and they are £12.50+vat and are Code 3.

With a bit of luck changing it will be no hassle as it was all copper slipped up a few months ago.

          i hate track rod ends

mine always seize in and i split the rubber with the tool,

then they never lock up when your puting them back in

why could the not put a nut head on like the drop links
