On the original Audi receipt for my last car, a 1993, they were an optional extra and called Euro lights - the car was exported so needed them - must have been just before they became sandard (I'm sure Marks 1993 ABY doesn't have elipsods)S2,RS2,S4 WB,RS4,S4 B8,RS6 C5,RS6 C6,R8

I will find the link once im back home but there is a place that does mail order in st albans. think an elipsoid lamp is about 165 for RHD. dont quote me on that though.

It does matter.
rhd lights have different part numbers from lhd cars. reason being that beam cutoff is on the other side.
Even if you switch them over, you are still losing the cutoff area on the original beam.
For use in Canada, a lhd lamp is requiredMike
