You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
yeah i've always on this forum searching for parts.. but headlights are hard to find.. and expensive too i know !!
Even on ebay they're hard to find... I thought maybe you guys would have special tips
Go to audifans.com, go to mailing lists, search market place...someone had posted a set for sale for $300 USD from Boston, the catch being that the top mounts were broken and a lense had a chip.
Nothing that some epoxy putty and some sheet metal couldnt fix ;-)
Otherwise you will be looking at >600 new.....
And if you still have the stock coupe hood, there will be a gap with the RS2 headlights since they are used with the B4 hood - stock CQ headlights are wider....

Thanks for the tips but I'm already all over audi/vw forums, ebay, classified, etc.
I saw the ones on ebay but after talking with the seller they seemed in bad shape for the price.
As for the girl thing, I'm pretty much the only one around my place behind into Audi's.. so I'm used to it !
i'm trying a slightly different route. i got some depo "chinese" euro lights (120USD) and getting an HID setup (400CAD in a group buy) for them. while not as good a light pattern as RS2 projectors, i save alot of money and aggrivation as i don't have to do the B4 swap.
will post pics when i get the parts and get cracking on it.
