Iwould say that you are looking for "B pillar trim pieces". I can't help you on the parts you need though sorry.

Can you confirm the part number in the first pic? It looks like it is 895 867 239

I assume this is the part number for one side and you need both of them?

Are they covered in Alcantara? The second pic looks like a grey pillar trim covered in some kind of cloth. Doesn't look like an original part but I may be wrong.

Ben, the Alcantara is definitely been added to the trim. One or two forums members did this but I can't remember who (they know who they are).

The part number is for the seat belt guide is this what you need?
If it is the platinum (grey) items, the part numbers are :
893 867 293 A 7CX
893 867 294 A 7CX

thanx guys for the good info,indeed......i have added alcantara on all my styles,makes it look very classy.....only on 1 pillar i lost my temper and broke it

it is a lot work,thought i would do that in couple hours....not!!!

the alcantara is very expensive but gives a nice finish
