You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
Wondering if anyone has a complete head for a 3B lying about, just missed one on ebay, i'm just not a practiced mouse clicker and so always get out bid by £1!
Hopefully looking for one in reasonable condition, ie all valves are straight etc.

7A is the way to go if you want a replacement head for the S2. They've usually had far less stress than the S2 head, so they don't tend to have cracks around the spark plug holes. You will need to have machining work undertaken for the water rail.
How easy is it to have the machining done? I will probably replace the valve guides and i suppose i could get the work done at the same time. Is there anywhere south of London which can do it?
