I'm doing some fairly big jobs on the S2 at the minute and while the exhaust is off I decided I want a performance exhaust/backbox. Preferably a performance backbox in decent condition if anyone has one to sell please??

I've got an old 3B performance backbox. It's designed to be used with the stock system. It sticks out teh back of the car a couple of inches but works fine. I'd take a full system if you can get one, but if you just want a bit more noise and a bit less backpressure for little money, I guess it would do the trick. Let me know if interested.
i could be tempted to part with my complete system as I want to loose the dual cat arrangement and just have either a single performance cat or if we can get a definative answer on the no cat issue then remove them completely...
It's a longlife cat back with 2x2.5 and a single back box (polished s/s) and a slightly upswept letterbox style tailpipe also polished.
If I can get a full 3" system sorted I have a complete Scorpion system from cat bridge pipes to tail, DTM upswept pipes if you don't mind them. I think this is a 2.75" system along it's length. Maybe even offer the (stock) downpipe, split for cats, and the Scorpion system, once I have my own system sorted.

I've got nothing against the Scorpion system, it sounds good and works well, but I am moving up to Ø3" so I won't be needing it! Hope yours finds a good home as much as I hope mine does!

I have no issues with the scorpion exhaust either, the car certainly revved more freely with it fitted, agreed it does sound nice but I found it a bit droney on long runs and commuting to and from work
