I need some alloy bends with an I/D of 70mm and O/D of 76mm.
Could not believe how difficul it is to find, any ideas?

I've found the thick walled variety on eBay before, they weren't cheap though!
I could do with a couple of 90 degree bends for my intercooler, if you manage to locate them give me a shout pls.91 Modded 3B

This guys did all my intake piping custom for me for not alot of money considering I was with him for over 6 hours. Brilliant lad who does stuff for his matey rally cars etc......

SMS in Slough (01753 521870) do metal spinning, and would probably make tight bends for you by spinning up some half donuts - which obviously need welding together along the centreline, but it's a good way to get those tight bends in large diameters.

What size tube would you need to create a 180 air intake bend from filter to maf similar to the Dahlback kit? Is this the sort of thing the above mentioned firms would do? Also, has anyone any idea what it would cost?
