I don't think there is a RHD/LHD specific manual.
Audi may still sell them. I bought a new owners manual for mine a few years ago.

You can still by them.
I got mine six months ago when I bought my avant. Part number is 941 561 8C5 20. I don't have a part number for a coupe one to hand though (It's probably something like 941 561 8B5 20). I can have a look on Monday when I'm at work.
For the parts geeks amongst us
(Me, Martyn et al) the 20 at the end of the part number indicates that it is english. 88 means multiple languages. Can't remember any others at the minute.
