    Wanted - drivers side (off side) door lock

    Anyone got a door lock for an ABY coupe they would like to part with?

    Part number 8G2 837 016 A - drivers side (on a UK right hand drive car)

    Hi. I just wanted to say, that these are repairable, if you take them off the door, and soak them with a good product, like “RustCheck”. Just be patient. Work them back and forth, repeatedly.WD40 helps a bit. GL

      Thanks Donald, I have got the faulty lock off of the car and discovered a broken spring.

      Located a replacement from another forum member.
