    Engine stand?

Just wondering if anybody has one of these able to hold the weight of an AAN ?

I'm thinking it might be useful for cleaning up/painting the engine and anything else I might want to do to it before it goes in the car? (for the right price of coarse)

These have been used by a few people on the forum before: https://www.sgs-engineering.com/es20...g-engine-stand

    Good price.

My advice is get a 3 wheeled one other wise you will struggle to get it close enough to your engine hoist to lift the engine on & off.
I have 4 of these, good value: https://www.machinemart.co.uk/p/clar...-engine-stand/

I've got one I'd sell if you can collect it, had aby, aan and 3b on no problem
Personally I wouldn't trust a 3 wheel one but I can also see the point Alex has made.
I've used an engine crane fine to mount it on the stand, but now I have a frame that goes on my 2 post lift that makes it easier

I have the three wheel variant. It's been good for me over the years.
