Just Google it. There are loads of options on the Bay, etc. You will need to trim to size and get two suitable hose clamps.

Would the following type of clamps be sufficient? I note from previous Mark H mod threads that you need good quality clamps.

Yep...those would be fine and s/s so should deal with the elements better. Get a 7mm socket on them and nip them up tight.
