    It appears to be cambelt change time - it's five years since it was last changed, even though it's been kept garaged and only done c. 8k miles in that time. The garage I used to go to (Autopool in Iver) doesn't exist any more, so...

    Wanted to borrow or buy: ABY crank lock tool
    Wanted to buy: ABY billet crank pulley

      Slightly cheaper option, obviously you're only buying it for the crank holding tool.

        Hello. If you like it, you can copy the one that I have made for myself. I don't like the original one because it is screwed to a block and if the pulley is too hard you can damage it




        I can make one for you, but shipping is going to be more expensive than anything else. It is quite simple to do. I'll show it to you

                      Needs more power...






                      Im thinks if i have to use the oem pulley tool to change this, im broke the engine block


                      Its really hard...


                      I have changed three timing belts, my aby and two Aan with that tool and it goes great



                      Bonus....
                      Detail of where the tube should fit. You must cut it to that size
