Try Vidar, Norwegian Audi parts on facebook. I think he had some for sale recently.
I do have a spare RS2 genuine manifold but I'm not sending it out of the UK at the moment.

I will have one next month as I am reverting to an RS2 manifold.
It is an original Wagner one (not Carsten copy) but it is the version with the slightly larger runners for higher power.
