They are very rare and no doubt expensive as a result. The clips tend to break on them too, so finding a good one will be hard. I primed my grey ones with plastic primer and sprayed them black. Job done.

Clean and prep the surface to allow the paint to key. There also may have been silicon-based interior spray used in the past, so that all needs to be cleaned off to have any chance of paint bonding. I used a plastic primer and then light coats of topcoat.

Did mine after trying for a few years to find a black one and it came out fine as mentioned finding them with good strong clips is a mare too I also reinforced the little plastic tabs as they always break after a few times of pulling the unit out

Wurth make a two part epoxy/plastic product that's great for fixing the clips back in. It's not glue, so it's a strong as the original plastic once it sets. Not cheap, but certainly up to the job.

Also worth trying plumbers solvent weld. I found it amazingly strong on the door card hooks recently.
