    WTB S2/RS2 Elipsoid Replacement Lenses

As the title states - I am chasing a pair of S2/RS2 Elipsoid Replacement Lenses.

Anyone know where I could obtain a pair?

    Thanks!

        https://www.ebay.de/itm/133820607182...=&toolid=10050

        Or if your feeling flush

They would be LHD, if you needed RHD I'd exchange a pair lol. LHD is more use to me than RHD, they can be changed quite easily.

Thanks! Sadly appears no shipping to Australia for the lense.

            Hi Trent,

Sorry I didn't respond tp this PM, I was really busy on eBay sorting out the mess I'd created by not logging in for a week... Got it all arranged now, I have nine packages in my house ready to be collected.

Sending glass is a nightmare even if you pack it in such a way it's virtually imposable to break couriers still won't touch it, well some will but you get no insurance at all even if they loose the package.

Given how expensive it is sending a pair of hubs over to you I can't imagine trying to send glass. That's one thing I wont send even in the UK due to the lack of insurance cover.

            Cheers,

            Kit.

You're not wrong! I did take the risk once with glass lenses and it turned up unbroken thankfully!

The search for Ellipsoid lenses continues!

I am happy to try and find a pair and post for you. I did have a pair recently but sold them to another forum member. They were fitted to some 80 cabbies and these are being broken in the UK quite frequently.
