I am after a rear subframe to fit my '95 2.8L quattro coupe.
Not bothered about paint condition, as long as it is solid as I can blast and paint it myself.
Anyone got a spare one tucked away they would part with?
Yes the prices have been creeping up a bit lately, but I can't get my car road legal without replacing it, so I will just have to bite the bullet and pay the going price.
My one is just too far gone to bother trying to weld back up.
Mine was the same but my mechanic wouldn’t take it off the car until I had a replacement in case it disintegrated and couldn’t be repaired and then my car would be blocking one of his lifts while I sourced a replacement. I’m in Northern Ireland and I bought one from a forum member in Sofia!! That was 8 years ago and then it was about €150. I wish I’d bought a couple of them. I see them quite often on eBay.de.
