I have a very good second hand one I'd be prepared to part with if your stuck and need a replacement now...
It's technically my spare one for my RS2 but I've checked the condition of the one on the car and that has zero rust on it outside. Plus, I know it's also going to be fine inside as the car has a FSH from Audi and they changed the coolant on time when the car was serviced every 5K miles religiously.
Where do you need it posting to, the UK or Australia?
Drop me a PM if you want to see some photos of it, as I say it's in very good condition just some light surface rust in a couple of spots and I'm as sure as one can be I'm never going to need it.1990 B3 2.0 80 quattro.

I appreciate your offer, mine is so completely rusted through that once I discovered it was the point of leakage and then clamped it tighter... it just gave way altogether
So I started chasing down dozens of pipe manufacturers here in Australia and finally one has offered to fabricate a replica in stainless steel for a relatively reasonable price.
Hopefully he'll get onto it next week and do a fine job... if not I will be in touch !!Comment

Maybe ask him to make a few. They will sell well if nicely made in stainless

Still awaiting an initial sample and exact pricing, but did indicate that making more than one would further reduce the cost, so if anybody else is potentially interested lemme know here

Well after near 4 freakin' months of callling the company (whom had unequivocally stated that they could fully replicate my existing pipe), every single week for a progress report to no avail... I finally requested that they return my original rusted pipe such that I can pursue my need elsewhere.
Another week later I received my pipe and a simple length of SS piping which was correctly bent although another 30cms longer in total, and with no central exit pipe and neither of the two openings were flared or otherwise beaded
These clowns were seriously taking the piss... I've have since managed to find yet another mob, this time locally whom were able to complete the replication job, but the total cost and absolute ball-ache means that unfortunately I shall not be pursuing the fabrication of any more for anybody whom was potentially interested, my apologies for getting hopes up. Initially it seemed like a fairly straight forward task ffs
