              I have been on this site what a/r do i need for 400-450bhp. Couldnt find a external wastegate one all internal.

                                  If you do a few searches, Aron is using a gt35r iirc and is making over 500bhp and ross used the gt3071 and made around the 450bhp mark.

                                  If you go here and look at the turbo kits its all pretty simple
