You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
I need a compression tester that you can push onto the spark plug thread - one with a the rubber cone end - My one that I screw it will not engage ojn the helicoiled thread - (although spark plugs are ok) and I don't want to force it.
Paul - that is the one I have - but I can't thread it onto the helicoil for some reason - I need one with the rubber push fit end - not ideal but it will have to do.
I have seen draper do one - just need to find somewhere today that has one.
There are several different thread pitches on spark plugs. I have a long adapter which may fit. One end goes onto the Draper gauge, the other is for a 10mm racing plug, probably too small for the Audi.
Let me know and I will get an adapter made if you want.
