Wanted: S2 ABY Coupe

I've just began my search for an S2 with the following requirements...

Must haves...
- ABY engine.
- Full service history.
- Drive train components must be in excellent order - gearbox/diffs/driveshaft etc.
- Aircon - working.
- All electrics fully working - heater/electric windows etc.
- Interior must be in good condition - no rips/tears/stains etc.
- Body work in good condition - no dents/rust.

Not bothered about...
- Mileage - engine rebuild planned.
- Mods - 996 brake upgrade would be nice.
- Paint - swirls/light scratches can easily be polished out.


Obviously I might not be able to get everything I want so am willing to consider any ABY Coupe that has been well looked after.

Hi Ben.

I think you will really struggle to get everything you are looking for, and if you do find it, it won't be cheap!

However, you have come to the right place.

I would keep an eye out on Pistonheads and AT as they are the best places to source a car if it does not come up on here.

Good luck with your search, the problem you will find with you list is aircon

This requires servicing every 2 years to keep it working and it becomes so expensive alot of owners remove it.
