    Wanted: some exotic cams

Been onto cat the other day and there is a waiting time this will be well out for my project, does any one have anything that they are not using and want to sell?

I already have all the Audi ones

    I will consider anything

Newman cams will make anything you want - very good at what they do, and as far as I can gather, make cams for some big name companies.

David Newman owns the company and truely knows his stuff. I'm sure he would design a cam for you if you are looking for something out the ordinary. Tell him what characteristics you're looking for and you'll probably find he'll design it for you

Not my thing Chris, dare i ask how you found it

The best bet for my self would be a 7A exhaust,
The 7A exhaust is a good compromise but i dont think the Inlet is much cop as theres too much duration there as the natural intention was N/A

If you are looking to go second hand, then he would be pricy. But for new cams , I've found his prices to be comparable with all the big names out there. Except he is about 10 times more helpful and 15 times more knowledgable!

Best of luck, buddy - let me know how you get on.

                Adjustable cam sprockets?

most of the ones i have seen do not come with enough offset/dish to take a hall sensor trigger wheel if you are using the coil packs for ignition.
It is possible but only with a lot of modding for the hall sensor mounting boss on the front of the head. Unless of course you use a different trigger mechanism like 3B.

Isn't there an adjustable cam sprocket available for the hall sensor equipped cars?
If not, I have thought alot about this and believe I will use a standard RS2 cam sprocket and use adjustable chain driven gears on the exhaust cam to intake cam drive. http://www.034motorsport.com/advance...4eb01a12fbc2ee
