It doesn;t exist... Bentley manual only exist for those cars that were imported to USA & Canada. Closest thing you can get is the Bentley for 80/90/Coupe including 20VCQ but that doesn't cover 01E gearbox, nor the right electrics, nor the 3B or ABY engine...oh and the ABS info predates S2 as well.
Do a google for Audi Erwin for the extra bits you'll need if you buy the Bentley.

Those are a bit naughty in Audi's mind of course, some similar sites have been closed - so grab it if you can, but its all quite cheap to get legally at Erwin - except for schematics which are expensive.
