S2/V6 front bumper grilles required, all three.

I've popped an S2 front bumper on my chip pan stinker 80 TDi work hack.
Not kidding when I say I virtually tore the house apart looking for my spare set, till I remembered I gave them away, yup, "gave" them away last year to a mate of mine with an S2 avant.
I'm a soft touch and an idiot.

Anyone got any for sale, all three needed, the front end looks a little odd without them.

It was long shot really asking for used ones, understand people would want to keep with bumper complete if they had spares.

So, rang Audi themselves to enquire if any have gone NLA, who confirmed they were all still available. I have ordered all three new from vagparts. None of them are obsolete

One of the grilles on the normal Coupe is NLA, but repeat, all three S2/V6 bumper grilles are still available from Audi.

With that, used grilles not now required.

IF! I could remember (my ears closed when Alan at vagparts said the price you see).
It went a little something like this. Not spending loads on the 80 TDi project I have going, but thought, "well I need these grilles" Hmmm, bought some for the S2 only 18-24 months ago, but if I buy these now, I can justify fitting them to the S2 as it gets everything it needs. Fit the ones from the S2 to the 80, and they we go, grilles fitted to the 80 for nothing. In keeping with it's budget

Seriously, can't remember offhand the exact price, but was something along the lines of £27 odd + vat + P&P for the centre, £17 each + vat + P&P for the two outers.

They should arrive tomorrow so will give the full cost run-down then.

not bad prices at all considering... i'm assuming its the tow eye cover from the normal coupes that are NLA... i've put 3 onto my coupe in the last 6 months, i've given up now they are either falling out or getting nicked

The standard coupe towing eye grill section's must be sought after!! I sold one ( on scambay) to a guy in Finland for £17

pfft! fork that. mine is missing on the 16v too and I'm not paying to replace it just for it to be nicked again. maybe I'll find one in a scrappie and apply evo stick to it. that would certainly annoy a thief.

Sorry, missed that. Yes, it's the towing eye cover grille that's NLA.

When I visited the scene of my crash on Saturday morning,I was able to pickup all three parts for the lower front bumper.

Just to reiterate that all three grilles are still available, here they are arrived from the boys at vagparts.

895 853 683 B (01C) Centre grille - £25.93
895 853 667 E (01C) LH grille - £13.08
895 536 668 A (01C) RH grille - £13.08

Net total = £52.09
P&P = £6.95
VAT = £10.34
Total = £69.38.
