RS2 downpipe and crossmember

I'm searching a RS2 downpipe and a RS2 crossmember!

If you want to save some money then the S2 crossmember can be modified to take an RS2 IC. Cut off the bracket and then re-weld it.

Downpipe is 2.75" so Milltek is the same bore or go for an aftermarket 3" one. Any RS2 parts are going to be 10 years old so may not be in the best condition.

No idea what you've written there Rocco (!) but 034 or Supersprint systems both look good to me and the XM can be modified by a local metal shop for about an hour's labour so £40 over here. Put the £150 that you save towards the exhaust!

I've got a modified S2 XM and have gone for a Milltek DP as I was pleaased with the cat-back option but there is an issue with their jig so I've got to go to the factory in Derby to get it fitted

Based on the fact that you want a 3071 or larger you will need to go for a 3" DP, the 034 ones are perfect for this and are supposed to be great quality.

Is there a difference between a ABY and an RS2 x-member?

Didn't find any in ETKA:



I have both an xmember from an aby(on my car) and one from an rs2(holding my new rs-ic) so I can check in the garage later on today(just have to go to work first !#¤%!¤)
