New steering wheel - will this one fit?

I'm after a replacement steering wheel as the leather has worn through on mine.

    I've found this:
    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...:X:RTQ:GB:1123

My question is however, will this fit a '96 S2?

I bought a 95/96' S4 airbag wheel same as that the other week and it fits, i think a 97 might be pushing it tho as apparantely its only the earlier ones that fit...

Do a search their should be some more accurate dates

Just in case anybody needs help on this -

I ended up buying a wheel from a wrecked '96 A4 off TradeMe (Our NZ eBay equivalent), and had it fitted by our audi dealer, as I'm not a fan of airbags going off in my face

Short of the long - it looks perfectly at home. The S2 badge can be pried of with a small flat head screwdriver (carefully, as its mounting pins can snap easily, as they did with the original A4 badges...), and transfered to a new wheel with out a fuss.

Still not a *brand new* wheel, but NZ$50 is way better than NZ$600
