I have been trying to contact VAGparts for the last hour and just get an engaged tone, is there any known problem?

They're just busy... seem to either get teh engaged tone or the phone rings and rings about 4 in 5 calls. Not ideal for you over in Oz. Try an email but that'll take a while too.Cheers'en, AndyC
