S2 coupe or Avant wanted

OK guys, the mission is to find a 94/95 Coupe or Avant to replace wifes car which we have just sold today.
Wife has driven mine quite a few times now and is up on the idea of having another one, reason for the Avant being considered too, is we have 2 dogs. (may just buy those pipe and slippers to go with it too )
One going for sale on eBay (Avant) at the mo, no reserve and at £2995.00
but would prefer to get one recommended through this forum.

Search over I think guys. Looks like we have found a really well looked after S2 coupe. Going to view it on Saturday in Edinburgh. Spoken to the chap on the phone, and it seems he has spared no expense in keeping this car it tip top condition (real friendly and helpful guy too )

Im sure u will risk 6 months imprisonment if u allow a female to drive a s2.. im sure thats the law.. isnt it? maybe it does not apply if the s2 owner is the female herself.

My Girl griend been bugging me to drive mine.. Ive hidden the spare keys as much as i can and planning on getting a immobiliser and tracker system with a auto eject seat control function.

I wonder what the dogs in the back of the avant will be like after battering the s2 across country rough roads lol

sorry for my ignorance.. u made the right move from a3 to s2.. having two s2's on your driveway will be a privaladge

Deal is looking good. Very very unusual colour never seen it before
Dogs are going no where near this one, as it has a cream leather interior, will have to go in mine although I could just take out parcel shelf, knock up a heath robinson dog guard, and stick em both in the boot

Both dogs are border collies, so not that big, but very very energetic

Ok guys, deal done on a lovely 1995 S2 Coupe (ABY), colour Byzance (metallic purple ) 111k FASH (probably the most comprehensive service history I 've seen) standard 16" Avus wheels with Pirelli Rosso P-Zero's, beige leather, carbon trim, airbag wheel, Koni's all round on stock springs, Black Diamond grooved and drilled discs with EBC red's up front and stock discs and pads at the rear, stock engine, Alpine 6 disc and Clifford/Audi alarm. Stunning condition and very well looked after
Would like to say a big thanks to Alastair for a smooth deal and I hope you enjoy your new chariot as much as you seem to have enjoyed this one
