£356 plus VAT each does not sound good. Looks as though i will have to call round the breakers tomorrow

There is a place in Leeds called prestige salvage they had some in when i was looking for some. http://www.porschebreaker.com/1100/frames.php
Depending on condition i'd say between £250-£300 mark for a pair of front calipers. Hope this is of some help?

I could save you £20 there if that's any help? As I'm local,if you paid for over the phone I could collect and post it through work for £10. Just a thought.

i have a set of a low mileage porsche cayman. it's the same caliper as on a 996. there black. only thing wrong is some of the porsche lettering is missing. the reason they were removed from the car. but i have new stickers for them. let me know if you want pictures for them.

The starting number 986 is the code name for a mk1 Boxster, mk2 Boxsters (facelift) are 987's.
