Sorry for off topic, but are they really NLA? Got new ones from vagparts last summer, and when i checked with my local dealer at the same time they didnt mention any NLA?

They aren't NLA are they ?

      Not this **** again...........

I know the silly wee trims on front wing with the Audi badge are NLA - but they are no sweat as badge free versions are still available.

I thought it was the avant one's front/rear of the doors which was now NLA.

Just spoken to the local stealer and they say all 3 pieces down each side plus the end caps are still available to order on their system so it doesn't sound like there's a problem. Prices were about 15-20% more than the quote I got from Vagparts a couple of months ago though.

if the stealers route fails, try Audi Club international http://eteile.audi-club-international.de/ there are several suppliers, one of which is Audi Tradition

some of the door rubbers for the coupe that were NLA have been made by Audi Tradition. from somewhere this year all parts from Audi Tradition should become available either from their own website or through t he dealer

No offense to Audi Club International - but how can they claim to be an international club when the only language on the site is German - I know I'm just the average thick Brit/Paddy/whatever who has barely mastered the English language, but come on - even French is more widely considered to be an international language than German. Is that a deliberate thing so that only German speakers can join this elite bunch of Audi enthusiasts.

I don't really understand the Audi Tradition concept as it stands today... There was some chat on this elsewhere, but I didn't follow it up.

I spoke to Pete Reeve at quattro corner and he told me these were not available anywhere.... I hoped he was wrong, but he did seem very sure......
I will try again and hope I can get some...

Could anybody possibly provide the part numbers for all these? This way I can ensure I am definately enquiring about the correct pieces.... I don't need any clips or end caps, just the 6 pieces of rubber.....
                    Cheers

All still available from a dealers. Complete set ordered by a mate of mine a fortnight ago, albeit considerably more than vagparts would have charged.

(Right and left are taken as if you are sat in the car looking forward)

                        Right door = 895 853 960A.
                        Left door = 895 853 959A.
                        Right rear quarter = 895 853 542
                        Left rear quarter = 895 853 541

                        There's a clip that slots into the front end of each of the front door trims, clip numbers;
                        Left side = 895 853 113A
                        Right side = 895 853 114A.

You can reuse the old clips (they fall out when you remove the old trims), but if they are missing or in poor shape, then get a couple, they are only £1.60 each.

The trims slide off to the rear of the car.

                        1995 S2 Coupe - sold (sniff)

i've just given the mint one's off my s2 away to a mate as I won't be using them. Shame really they've not been on the car long as they was replaced just before I bought the car.

I had a new set fitted last year, cost about £150 from VAG Parts.

If they are going NLA i think i'll keep the old set, which still in pretty good condition, in the garage!
