I've not been on here the past week or two... Mixture of work pressures and any free time focussed inside an ECU for my eternal reverse engineering project !
There's one piece of the ECU puzzle that I need a dead/damaged ECU for - as I need to desolder some sensitive devices and I'd hate to risk damaging my perfectly good spare ECU.
So if anyone has one available I'd be able to move forwards. I'll pay for postage and a few beers for services & kindness rendered.
I'm starting to unlock a few mysteries now - after spending yet more money and time trying to join up all the dots. I will publish what findings I can share in due course, but I won't be able to divulge any enormous secrets for fear of the wrath of a certain Herr Bosch who is very protective (rightly so) of ECU internals.
