i was considering an a4 but the insurance is pretty steep,even for a tdi (i'm only 22)

I will be looking to sell my Seat ibiza fairly soon. It's a 2001 Y-reg 1.4 S in silver. It is identical to this one on pistonheads in the left hand photo: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/947126.htm. It's just done 70k miles, family owned from new with grey cloth interior. Totally standard with no modifications. The problem is that it's a bit tatty. Passanger door is dented, all corners have small scrapes on the bumper, Drivers side wing has small scrape, rear arch is bubbling, all alloys have signs of curbing & the remote no longer works. It has full service history, the clutch, belts and water pump were changed last year. I have been the daily driver from new and it has been a great little motor and it's HPI clear. I'm looking for £1250. If you've got any questions let me know.
well i'm off to look at a potential candidate on saturday,so thanks to everyone so far,i will update on the situation once i've seen said car,if it's no good,i'll still be on the look out(obviously)
