S2/RS2 6 speed gearbox shift linkage and shift assembly

I am trying to install a 01E transmission into my US version Coupe that I am converting to a S2, unfortunately I have hit nothing but dead ends, and therefore am looking fir any help.

I am looking for the complete assembly (from the gear select inside the car to the gearbox. Gear select, plastic tub, accordian boot, rods, etc.) shipped to New York, USA.

If anyone has these spares, can get them, is breaking a 6 speed S2, or anything I would be greatly appreciative (and you'd be my hero). I can paypal funds immediately, as well as, send hard to find US parts.

YEah, I have searched High and Low on both the German and United Kingdom versions of eBay, but am finding that no one will ship items to the United States or even respond for that reason. Trust me, so far, and I am over my head in this project after seaming on a new roof, this is that hardest part to find these spares

well.. I have 1 linkage.. but I don't think I can part with it as I need it for my s2 sedan/limo.. sorry
